基于社会网络理论,针对SNS网站用户关系管理等问题,本文从个性化交际需求的角度提出交际需求模型(SCDM),其包括交际需求的本体描述、数据获取、数据处理与需求更新,并研究模型的构建方案和系统的实现方案。SNS交际需求模型定义了用户个性化特征和用户之间的人际关系,是社会网络分析中数据模型自动化构建的一次尝试,同时本文将本体应用到交际需求更新中,对本体的应用研究具有一定的促进作用。
On the basis of Social Network Theory, and from the perspective of personalized communication demand, Social Communication Demand Model is proposed, which including ontology description, data acquisition, data processing and demand update, and researches the model building program and system implementation for the issues of Customer Relationship Management. Social Communication Demand Model defines users' individual characteristics and interpersonal relationships, which is also an attempt to build automation data model. By using Ontology to the interpersonal demand update, this article plays a certain role in the applied research.
