英文摘要：

During abdominal operation, the incidence of iatrogenic vascular injury is increasing recently. The main reasons for that consist of complicated lesion of the patients and surgeons’respects concerning their experience and ability to deal with unusual condition. For the sake of correct thinking and positive manner, the latter is much more important. Generally speaking, the injury is often adverse event to be unexpected. However, the same condition will possibly have quite different results between different surgical teams and surgeons. Modality is not appropriate and in time, the mortality and morbidity could increase dramatically so much so that the general condition of the patient may deteriorate critically. Therefore it is essentially necessary to mention some basic regulations and principles in order to prevent and deal with the serious adverse event.
