[Aims] It was to establish a quantitative analysis method of nimbin in neem by high-performance liquid chromatography. [Methods] A ODS column was used. The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol-water （70 ： 30, by vol）. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and wavelenth of UV detector was 217 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.99994 （0.0940-9.3954 μg）, relative standard deviation（RSD） was 0.14% and recovery was 94,9%. [Conclusions] This method is convenient with good reappearance.
