水泥水化反应释放出大量水化热,现有水泥水化热的研究主要是针对各矿物组分水化反应的理论分析,但水泥水化是各组分水化反应相互影响的综合过程,且温度、水灰比等因素都会影响水泥水化反应的进行。因此,本文将水泥看作一个整体,通过水泥净浆绝热温升试验,以热量为基量对水泥水化过程进行研究,对水泥水化的影响因素进行分析,为工程中水化热控制及水泥水化理论研究提供参考。
The hydration reaction of the cement falls into the category of exothermic reaction,in other words the experiment compels large amount of hydration heat from the specimen in the process. The existing research into this area mainly focuses on the theoretical analysis of the hydration reactions for each individual component. However,such reaction of the cement is an integrated process,in which the reaction outcome of each component correlate with that of another. In the meantime,the reaction temperature,water-cement ratio and other factors may influence the procedure. There,the paper finds the breakthrough by viewing cement as one single component. In this sense,temperature ascending experiment has been conducted to the neat cement paste in an insulated environment,in which heat is evaluated as the base unit. Afterwards,the process is studied and the influential factors are analyzed. Hopefully ,the paper and the results it accomplished are of reference for hydration-heat control and for the relevant theoretical studies in the future.
