英文摘要：

The organizational structure of real estate industry of China is not mature yet with low level of industry concentration. In this paper, the authors analyzed evolutionary process of real estate enterprises and expanded on operating rules of organizational population by using population ecological theory. The authors hope that this paper can provide scientific decision-making for government and real estate enterprises.
