On the basis of Internet public opinion analysis, the paper builds a public opinion system of network communities, ana- lyzes public opinion evolutive mechanisms within and between network communities, discusses synergetic evolution of Internet public opinion＇s hotspot information and netizen＇s behavior, and then proposes advice on management of public opinion of network communi- ties.
