随着全球范围内化石能源紧缺及环境污染问题的不断升级,以能源互联网为核心的第三次工业革命将给人类社会的经济发展与生活方式带来深远影响。首先,介绍了社区能源互联网框架,并基于社区内运营商电价制定方案提出了产消者电力交易模式的选择方法。其次,提出了产消者及运营商的负荷、功率及收益模型,并基于主从博弈理论提出了社区运营商(主导者)与产消者群(随从者)的博弈模型,并结合微分进化算法和有效集算法提出了模型求解的方法流程。最后,将模型应用到实际算例,验证了其在运营商收益提升、产消者收益提升及系统负荷特性优化等方面的优势。
Along with problems of fossil energy shortage and environmental pollution escalating in global scale, the third industry revolution with energy internet as its core will greatly affect economic development and life style in human society. Firstly, overall framework of community energy internet is presented. Selection method of prosumer power trading mode is proposed based on tariff design scheme of community operator. Secondly, models of prosumers' and community operator's loads, outputs and profits are put forward respectively. Based on Stackleberg game theory, game model of community operator(leader) and prosumers(followers) is proposed. The method and procedure are proposed based on differential evolution algorithm and active set algorithm. Finally, with practical example, effectiveness of the model is verified in terms of improving profits of community operator and prosumers, and optimizing system load characteristic, etc.
