为了提高制造系统生产性能评估的质量,结合灰色系统理论与Petri网建模理论,设计了一类基于灰数运算的Petri网及组成要素,以辅助生产管理者在不确定信息环境下评估制造系统的生产性能;研究灰色Petri网的求解算法,求解系统内部的不确定稳态概率;分析系统重要性能指标与稳态概率之间的联系,探寻其定量化表征,分析关键生产指标的白化解;以某自动化生产系统为例开展案例研究,验证了相关理论和方法的可行性与实用性,为制造系统建模及性能评估提供了一种新的分析工具和解决思路.
To improve the quality of manufacturing system's production performance evaluation,a novel Petri net and its elements based on grey number operation were developed combining with grey system theory and classic Petri net,which could assist the managers to evaluate the production performance under uncertain information environment.The solving algorithm for grey Petri net was researched to solve the steady-state probability of internal system.The relation between important production performance index and steady-state probability were explored to search the quantitative characterization and analyze the whitening solution of key production indexes.A case of an automatic manufacturing system was conducted to verify the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method,which provided a new analysis tool and solution for manufacturing system modeling and performances evaluation.
