目的 对中国南海黑乳海参共附生白色侧齿霉菌Engyodontium album的次生代谢产物进行研究。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、高效液相色谱等分离手段对白色侧齿霉菌Engyodontium album的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,根据现代波谱技术结合文献报道进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为:(22E,24R)一5d,8α一过氧化麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(1)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β醇(2)、(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(3)、3β,5a-二羟基-(22E,24R)一麦角甾-7,22-二烯-6-酮(4)、3p,5α-二羟基-6β-甲氧基-麦角甾-7,22-二烯(5)。结论本研究是对黑乳海参共附生白色侧齿霉菌次生代谢产物的首次报道,这5个化合物均为首次从白色侧齿霉菌Engyodontium album中分离得到。
Objective To investigate the secondary metabolites of fungus Engyodontium album (E. album) associated with the South China Sea cucumber Holothuria nobilis (H. nobilis) Selenka. Methods The EtOAc extract of E. album was purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, and high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Structures of the obtained compounds were determined by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with previously reported data. Results Five compounds were isolated and their structures were determined as: (22E, 24R)-5a,8a-epidioxy- ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (1), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (2), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3β, 5a, 6β-triol (3), 3β, 5a-dihydroxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one (4), 3β,5a-dihydroxy-6β-methoxy-ergosta-7,22-dien (5). Conclusion This is the first report on the secondary metabolites of E. album associated with the sea cucumber H. nobilis Selenka, and the five compounds have been reported for the first time from the fungus E. album.
