近几年，教育部开展了国家精品资源共享课建设工作，中南大学湘雅医院申报的本科生课程“诊断学”获得第四批国家精品课程共享课的立项资助。笔者介绍湘雅医院诊断学课程建设实施的方法及其国家精品课程共享课具体申报内容，重点介绍诊断学的课程特点、教学团队及基本资源。成功的申报在于长期的教学支持、优秀的团队协作精神、注重整体和细节、注重知识产权的保护。

The Ministry of education has carried out the construction work of the boutique resource sharing course in recent years.The undergraduate course ＂diagnostics＂ in Xiangya Hospital of Central South University had obtained the funding of the fourth boutique resource sharing courses.The declaration content of diagnostics in Xiangya Hospital,focusing on the curriculum characteristics of diagnostics, teaching team and basic resources. The success of the declaration depends not only on long-term teaching support and good cooperation spirit, but also on the overall detail and the protection of intellectual property rights.
