提出用切边线的线轮廓度公差来评价实际冲压件的回弹,数据点采样后用3次参数样条函数对实际切边线进行重构,将线轮廓度公差的求解分解为最大法向偏差的计算及最佳匹配位置的搜寻,并用嵌套遗传算法实现了这2个优化问题的求解,计算结果表明该方法是有效的。
In this article a scheme is put forward of using line contour degree tolerance of cutting line to evaluate the springback of forming sheet. After the acquisition of data points, the cutting line is reconstructed by using cubic parameter spline function. And the solution of line contour degree tolerance is found by the calculation of maximum deviation along normal direction and the search for optimum matching position, both of which are resolved by using nested genetic algorithm. The results show that the scheme is effective.
