目的:研究干旱胁迫下甘草苷与脱落酸含量的变化,分析二者相关关系。方法:以人工培育甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.为材料,按照外源钙叶面喷施浓度、喷施季节与干旱胁迫程度3因素3水平设计正交试验处理,检测不同试验处理下的甘草苷与脱落酸含量变化,分析各试验因素对甘草苷、脱落酸含量变化的影响,以及两者含量间的相关性。结果:干旱胁迫对甘草苷和脱落酸均具有显著影响,且二者含量间具有显著的正相关。结论:干旱胁迫下甘草苷的合成积累,与抗旱信号传导物质脱落酸的合成密切相关。
Objective: To study the effect of drought stress on the contents of liquiritin and abscisic acid,and analyze the correlation between liquiritin and abscisic acid.Methods: To cultivate Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.as experiment materials according to 3 factors,3 level orthogonal experiment design: spraying concentration of exogenous calcium,the spraying season,and drought stress.The content of the liquiritin and abscisic acid were detected,the effects of the 3 factors on change of the contents of them,and the correlation between them were analyzed.Results: The drought stress had a very significant impact on liquiritin and abscisic acid,and there was a very significant positive correlation between liquiritin and abscisic acid.Conclusion: The synthesis and accumulation of liquiritin in Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.under drought stress was closely related to the synthesis of drought-resistant signal transduction material-abscisic acid.
