为了解决拼焊板覆盖件零件成形过程中焊缝移动以及与此相关的成形性能下降的难题,本文基于静态隐式算法和动态显式算法,分别建立两种不同焊缝模型,通过数值模拟和应力分析得到了焊缝移动规律,获得了焊缝移动量曲线。数值模拟中采用阶梯压边圈,通过对模拟结果的应力、单元厚度分析,比较模拟结果和试验的吻合程度,验证了数值模拟和应力分析的正确性。
Weld bead movement and poorer formability are the urgent issues that need solving during forming automobile panels with TWBs. Based on the algorithm of static implicit and dynamic explict respectively, the weld bead was modeled in different way. The regularity of the weld bead movement and the curve of weld bead movement were obtained by means of numerical simulation and stress analysis. The stepped blankholder was adopted. The validity of stress analysis and numerical model was demonstrated by the comparison of the numerical results and the expermental result.
