建立了一种亲水有机溶剂(乙醇、正丙醇等)气浮溶剂浮选分离/富集光度法测定水中痕量铅的绿色高效分析方法。该方法具有设备简单、测定快速、灵敏度高、分离物质易于提取和不产生二次污染等优点。利用自制的浮选装置,选择正丙醇作捕集剂,硝酸钠作分相剂,抗坏血酸作掩蔽剂,在pH5.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液存在下,将铅与碘化钾、孔雀绿(MG)形成的疏水性缔合物MG2(PbI4)浮选至有机相,浮选完毕后经分光光度法分析,测得Pb(Ⅱ)的线性回归方程为A=3.1×105c+0.0900,相关系数r=0.9998,线性范围:5×10^-7~1.77×10^-5mol/L;检出限3.22×10^-8mol/L;平均回收率100.4%;表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.1×10^5L·mo^l-1·cm^-1。用于水中痕量铅的测定,结果满意。
A novel and green method for separating and enriching trace Pb( Ⅱ ) in water by two-water phase gas floatation has been proposed. The method has many advantages such as the simple equipment, the speedy detection, the high sensitivity, the easy separation from organic solvent and the absence of secondary pollutants. In this paper, the hydrophobic complex composed of MG(PbI4) was floated into organic phase under the following optimal conditions: At a pH value of 5.0, in a home-made equipment n-propyl alcohol was used as the organic solvent, sodium nitrate was used as the separating phase reagent, and ascorbic acid was used as the eliminating reagent. The data were obtained by spectrophotometry after floatation. The linear regression equation was A=3.1×105c+0.0900,and the linear ranges covered 5×10^-7~1.77×10^-5mol/L, with the correlation coefficient (r) being equal to 0. 999 8. The average relative recoveries were 100.4% ,and the detection limit was 3.22 ×10^-8 mol/L. This method was applied to analyze trace Pb( Ⅱ ) in water with satisfactory results.
