可调整支架可快速装拆并可灵活调整支撑外形,在军事目标伪装防护方面有很好的应用前景。针对该装置在测试实验中存在的不同问题,以基于TRIZ理论的发明问题解决过程模型为步骤指导,并将冲突问题解决矩阵和物质一场分析等知识库工具结合应用于改进设计过程之中,使改进后的装置消除了调节操作量大、网体连接器易相互干涉等原始设计中的不足。
A transformable supporting mechanism can be quickly assembled and disassembled,and its shape could be adjusted agilely. This mechanism has good prospect in military target camouflaging. In order to solve the different problems consist in the test experiment of the transformable supporting mechanism, the process model of inventive problem solving based on the TRIZ theory was used as the step guid- ance ,and the contradiction problem solve matrix and subject-field analysis were combined used in the process of improvement design. As a result of the improvement,the deficiencies of the aboriginal design have been avoided,such as the excessive number of adjustment operations and the interacts among the net-linkers.
