As a minority and border area, the population growth of Yanbian is lower than the nation- al average, which is a disadvantage for sustainable employment promoting. The employment condition of Yanbian has its own characteristics. Its employed population grows faster than the population growth and migrant labor force makes up the employment gap. Therefore, human-oriented resettlement measures and regionalized employment policies will be of practical significance to solve the problems of insufficient labor force.
