采用1/2浓度Hoagland营养液培育法中不同浓度(O.000、0.050、0.075、0.100和0.125mol/L)的NaCl溶液处理V2期苗期大豆,待大豆生长至V3期,分析不同浓度盐胁迫对大豆生长以及POD、SOD和CAT同工酶的影响。结果表明:NaCl浓度越高,大豆生长受到的抑制越大,而POD、SOD和CAT的活性在NaCl浓度在0.050mol/L有一定的增加,但增加到0.075mol/L后,酶的活性降低。在0.075和0.100mol/L的NaCl浓度诱导出了新的POD同工酶谱带,而0.125mol/LNaCI使SOD同工酶的2条谱带消失。
The soybean seedlings of V2 period were deal with using different concentration 075, 0. 100 and 0. 125 tool/L) NaC1 with 1/2 - strength Hoagland nutrient solution. The (0.000, 0.050, 0. effects of growth and isoenzymes of POD, SOD and CAT were analyzed by different treatments until soybean grow to V3 period. The results show that growth of soybean was inhibited by NaC1 solution. With increasing NaC1 concentration, the in- hibition of soybean growth was greater. The enzyme activities of POD, SOD and CAT were the highest in 0. 050 molZL NaC1 concentration, the activities were lower with increasing NaC1 concentration when more than 0. 075 mol/L. The new bands of POD isenozyme were induced in 0.075 and 0. 100 mol/L NaCI concentrations. The two bands of SOD isenozyme were disappeared in 0. 125 mol/L NaCI concentration.
