目的研究口服补镁对老年2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性的影响。方法给2型糖尿病大鼠动物模型口服补镁,应用高胰岛素、正葡萄糖钳夹技术测定稳态下葡萄糖输注率、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素及血浆镁离子浓度等指标。结果中、高剂量口服补镁可降低空腹血糖达11.3%和21.9%,胰岛素水平下降分别达25.4%和38.7%,钳夹实验中稳态葡萄糖输注率也有明显提高。结论口服补镁可显著改善老年2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素敏感性。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral magnesium on insulin sensitivity in aged rats with type 2 diabetes.Methods An aged rat model of type 2 diabetes was induced by oral magnesium.Glucose infusion rate and levels of fasting glucose,insulin,and plasma magnesium ions in the rat model were measured using the euglycaemic-hyperinsulinaemic clamp technique.Results The medium and high doses of oral magnesium reduced the fasting blood glucose by 11.3% and 21.9%,and the insulin level by 25.4% and 38.7%,respectively,in rats.The stable glucose infusion rate was significantly elevated during the euglycaemic-hyperinsulinaemic clamp experiments.Conclusion Oral magnesium can improve the insulin sensitivity in aged rats with type 2 diabetes.
