为了从细观层面研究管涌发生的机理,引入离散元(DEM)理论,分析多孔介质中的流体动力学方程,考虑颗粒相与液相之间的相互作用力,得到单个颗粒受到流体的作用力,将其作为固相与液相之间的桥梁,运用颗粒流程序(PFC)的优势,对计算过程中的孔隙率、压力场、速度场进行监测。运用这一方法对管涌现象进行了模拟,取得了较为理想的结果。结果表明:采用颗粒流方法研究管涌是可行的,为从细观尺度上解释和分析管涌现象提供了一条新的途径。
In order to analyze piping erosion in meso level,the hydrodynamic equations in Porous Media were analyzed using discrete element method (DEM).Also,the interaction force between granular particles and fluids is accounted for.Thus the force applied onto a single particle is obtained,which can serve as a bridge between solid and liquid phases.Using PFC software,the porosity,pressure and velocity field were monitored simultaneously when running.The method described above is applied in simulating piping phenomenon,and the results were valid and satisfactory.This demonstrates that it is rational to use PFC in piping erosion study.The study provides a new method for explaining and analyzing piping erosion in meso level.
