为给多层衬纬机织针织复合织物的产业应用提供参考,衬纱和针织纱选用芳纶纤维编织出一种新型织物,并对该织物进行轴向的拉伸试验,分析比较织物纵向和横向的拉伸性能.研究表明:在多层衬纬机织针织复合织物拉伸过程中,先是衬纱结构和针织结构的整体拉伸,然后是衬纱的拉直伸长,直到衬纱结构拉断破坏,最后是针织纱的交替伸长和滑移,直到针织结构脱套破坏;针织结构的捆绑作用使得平直衬入的纬纱产生屈曲,屈曲程度与交织衬入的纬纱相当;衬纱的屈曲及针织纱的弯曲穿套均影响各自纱线强力的利用.
To provide some reference for industrial applications of co-woven-knitted fabric with multilayer weft insertion, aramid fiber filaments were used as insertion and knitting yarn to produce the fabric by different ways of yarn insertion. The axial tensile tests were carried out to investigate tension properties of the fabric. The results show that the fabric is the overall stretching, and then the straightening and stretching of the insertion yarns until tension damage of the yarn insertion structure, and finally the alternate stretching and slipping of knitting yarn until unravel damage of the knitting structural in the process of tensile. The bundle of the knitting structure brings buckling to weft yarn inserted straight into, which is similar to the weft yarn inserted interwoven. The buckling of insertion yarns and intermeshing of knitting yarn affect their strength utilization.
