为了丰富城市地区地理国情监测的成果并提高监测效率,实现了一个从天到地、从影像到模型、从静止到动态的城市环境监测系统。该环境监测系统管理航空倾斜多视成像仪和地面移动测量系统采集的航空与地面的可量测实景影像、兴趣点、实时视频及从倾斜影像中获得的数字高程模型数据和生成的三维模型,方便了监控、巡航和分析等多种业务需求。在贵阳市进行了验证,实现了安全巡航、建筑变化监测等功能,已成为高效的城市环境情况监测的解决方案。
For the enrichment and efficiency of observing geographical conditions in urban areas,a combination of aerial and mobile data is suggested and further integrated into an up-to-date system for built-up area monitoring from air to ground,image to model,staticity to dynamicity.The multisource geographical data includes ortho and oblique photos acquired from an independently developed multi-lens airborne imager,Digital Measurable Images(DMI)and Points Of Interest(POI)s collected from an original Mobile Mapping System(MMS),real-time video,moreover,Digital Elevation Model(DEM)data and sophisticated 3D models are derived from oblique photogrammetry.All of these contemporary data sources are calibrated by POS-assisted geo-referencing.They are tiled and warehoused in a uniform framework for the ease of monitoring,cruising,and analyzing.As a foundation,a case study of the mechanism was implemented and further extended to urban conditions monitoring applications in Guiyang,including safety cruising,building change detection,which have proved it to be a feasible solution to civic environment.
