以高碱度烧结矿中的铁酸钙粘结相为研究对象,考察了粘结相的流动性和液相生成能力;实验研究了不同nCaO:nFe2O3以及不同氧化镁、二氧化硅和三氧化二铝的铁酸钙粘结相的流动特性和熔化时间。定义粘结相的流动性指数描述铁酸盐粘结相的流动性,用熔化时间来表示粘结相的液相生成能力。结果表明,nCaO:nFe2O3 =1:1时,粘结相的流动性和液相生成能力最好;添加氧化镁使粘结相的流动性和液相生成能力变差;添加适量的二氧化硅或三氧化二铝能改善铁酸盐粘结相的液相生成能力,但二氧化硅和三氧化二铝过多将使粘结相的流动性变差。
This paper studied the fluidity and liquid phase generating property of binding phase in high-basicity sinter. By changing nCaO:nFe2O3, MgO, SiO2 and Al2O3 percentage, the fluidity and melting time of binding phase were discussed. The fluidity index was defined for describing binding phase's fluidity and liquid phase generating property was represented with melting time. The results indicated that fluidity and liquid phase generating property were the best at nCaO:nFe2O3=1 : 1, fluidity and liquid phase generating property attenuated with addition agent of MgO, adding SiO2 or Al2O3 decreased fluidity, while proper addition of SiO2 and Al2O3 improved the liquid phase generating property.
