嗜铬粒蛋白A(CGA)属于酸性可溶性蛋白质家族,是一种由肾上腺髓质合成,与儿茶酚胺共分泌的应激标志物。研究发现,CGA及其衍生多肽在内环境稳态的保持、钙和葡萄糖的新陈代谢、心血管功能、炎性反应、疼痛缓解、组织修复和胃肠运动中都有重要作用。近年来研究表明,CGA及其衍生多肽还具有抗菌和免疫调节的作用,并且它在这方面的作用得到越来越多的重视。该文CGA及其衍生多肽在天然免疫系统中作用的研究进展予以综述。
Chromogranin A(CGA)belongs to the granin family of acidic soluble proteins.It′s a stress marker released with catecholamines by the adrenal medulla.Studies found that CGA and the derived peptides play important roles in maintaining homeostasis,metabolism of calcium and glucose,cardiovascular function,inflammatory response,pain relief,tissue repair and gastrointestinal movement.Recently,more and more attention has been paid to the roles of CGA and the derived peptides which have the function of antibiosis and immunomodulation.Here is to make a review on the research progress of function of CGA and the derived peptides in natural immune system.
