MOOC as a new thing provides new ideas and measures for the reform on the education mode of the Party members and cadres. The Party school can use the Internet and new media technology to construct a MOOC learning platform of individuation and diversification. The Party school can also achieve diversity,efficiency and innovation of the education mode by integrating high quality online learning resources. Finally the education quality and effectiveness of the Party school should be enhanced by means of combining online MOOC learning with traditional classroom teaching.
