目的观察消癌平注射液联合XELOX（卡培他滨＋奥沙利铂）方案治疗老年晚期胃癌患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 48例进展期胃癌患者,随机分为两组：A组23例,应用消癌平注射液联合XELOX方案治疗,B组25例单用XELOX方案治疗,比较两组临床疗效、生活质量和不良反应等情况。结果 A组疗效评价的总有效率高于B组（60.87%vs.32.00%）（P〈0.05）。A组生活质量总改善率高于B组（82.61%vs.56.00%）（P〈0.05）。与B组比较,A组发生白细胞减少、血小板减少和手足综合征的比例更低（P〈0.05）。结论消癌平注射液联合XELOX方案治疗老年胃癌患者临床疗效好,不良反应少。

英文摘要：

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiaoaiping injection combined with XELOX（xeloda plus oxaliplatin）regimen in treating elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 48 patients with advanced gastric cancer was randomly assigned into two groups of A（treated with Xiaoaiping injection plus XELOX chemotherapy,23cases）and B（treated with XELOX chemotherapy,25cases）.The efficacy,life quality and adverse effects were compared between two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate and life quality improvement rate of group A were higher than those in group B（60.87% vs.32% and 82.61% vs.56.00%）（P〈0.05）.Compared with group B,group A had lower proportion of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia and extremities syndrome（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Xiaoaiping injection combined with XELOX regimen is safe and effective in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer.
