采用基于实例和约束满足问题(constraint satisfaction problem,CSP)的方法进行大规模定制下的产品配置,将产品配置问题表示为CSP,并对产品族内的实例进行形式化描述,利用基于实例的方法检索出与客户需求匹配的产品实例,使系统将当前的新配置问题直接定位到某一历史案例,为CSP中变量提供初始解信息,避免了CSP系统不管任何问题都从头到尾进行推理的弊病,减少了不必要的搜索空间和时间。然后利用最小冲突修改算法求解CSP,产品实例的调整过程就以求解CSP的形式独立完成,使不清楚的产品实例调整过程形式化,可以确保产品实例调整过程的一致性同时减轻客户配置产品的负担。
The configuration method based on an authentic case and a constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) was proposed in mass customization. The product configuration problem was represented as CSP, and formalization description was applied to history cases. It can match with the customer demanding products with this method. Moreover, it can provide the initial solution to CSP, promote efficiency, and reduce working time. Then, the min-conflicts repair algorithm was applied to calculate CSP and the case adaptation realized simultaneously. In summary, CSP can be used to deal with case adaptation, and the process of case adaptation was formalized. An authentic example study was applied to illustrate the configuration method.
