Microfluidic chip technology has made a good progress in the past few years. With the development of microelectronic technology and MEMS manufacturing technology, flexible and integrated operation units are used more and more in microfluidic chip for proteome analysis. This article reviews the application and development on microfluidic chip in the proteome analysis.
