采用溶剂热合成法,制备了仙人球状Ag/TiO2颗粒,经γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)对其进行表面修饰后,通过乳液聚合法制备了Ag/TiO2@PMMA复合超材料。经透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析证明改性后的Ag/TiO2颗粒成功地装载在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)内,形成复合核壳颗粒Ag/TiO2@PMMA;经扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析证实复合核壳颗粒排列均匀,单分散性良好。光学性能测试表明,该复合材料在可见光波段波长为530nm附近出现了单一透射峰,峰高约为6%,并且在此波长下具有纳米平板聚焦现象,聚焦强度为4%。
Cactus-like Ag/TiO2 particles were synthesized via solvothermal reactions and modified by y-methyl- propyleneacyloxypropyl trimethoxy silane (KH570). Ag/TiO2 @PMMA composite metamaterial was prepared by e- mulsion polymerization. Transmittion electron micrograph (TEM) showed that Ag/TiO2 particles modified by KH570 were successfully loaded in polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), forming Ag/TiO2 @PMMA composite core-shell parti- cles. Scanning electron micrograph (SEM) verified that Ag/TiO2 @PMMA particles with fine dispersion were assem- bled uniformly. The results of optical properties demonstrated that single transmission peak with height of 6% was found at 530 nm in visible light wave band. And nano slab focusing phenomenon was observed at this wavelength, with focused intensity of 4%.
