以硬脂酸单甘酯非离子表面活性剂为模板剂,采用模板法自组装合成了具有介孔结构的新型纯硅基材料,并在此基础上添加镁铝改性合成了新型功能化介孔材料,采用XRD和N2物理吸附-脱附等方法进行表征,结果表明,活性物种进入了介孔硅的骨架并保持了介孔结构特征,活性物种在母体表面分散较好。以十八酸和丙三醇的酯化反应作为探针反应考察其催化性能,结果表明,功能化介孔材料有较好的酯化反应活性。
A novel mesoporous silica material have been synthesized by self-assembly route.Subsequently,the modification of the material with metal ions was performed.X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms and so on were employed to characterize the mesoporous materials.The characterization results indicated that the resultant mesoporous nanocomposites could keep mesoporous structure properties well and the active species could fully disperse on the channel surface of the host.The esterification reaction of stearic acid and glycerol was employed as a probe reaction to evaluate the catalytic performance of the mesoporous material.The results suggested the modified mesoporous material exhibited good performance in this reaction.
