结合大冶铁矿地下开采实际,建立满足相似条件的物理模型进行充填实验,研究充填浆料在流动方向上的力学性质变化。充填试验分为A、B两次,对两次试验中充填浆料沉降后的几何结构和力学性质进行分析对比,揭示出充填料浆沿流动方向的沉积规律,为确保充填采场的稳定提供相应的技术支持。结果表明:两次充填流动沉降后的高度变化规律和沉积后所形成的倾角大致相同;在料浆的流动方向上,粒径表现出先增大后减小的特征,胶结程度逐渐变大,强度分布呈S型。
Combined with the present situation of Daye iron mine, an experimental platform for filling test was set up on the basis of similarity principles to study the mechanical properties of the filling slurry along the flow direction. Two tests were conducted. The geometric structure and mechanical properties of the slurry were analyzed and compared after filling in the two experiments. The deposition law was revealed along the flowing direction, which provided technical sup- ports for back-fill method. The experimental results show that the height variation law and the obliquity of the two fill- ings after settlement are similar. And the particle size increases firstly and then decreases, the degree of cementation gradually increase and the intensity distribution is S-typed in the flowing direction of the slurry.
