随着全球环境问题的不断加剧,制冷剂的替代成为世界性的课题,CO2作为传统的制冷剂因其纯自然的特性得到广泛的关注。面对CO2制冷系统效率低较低的难题,开发CO2双级滚动转子压缩机以实现双级压缩成为解放CO2的重要途径之一,本文正是基于这一背景开展了CO2双级滚动转子压缩机的开发。由于压力高,CO2压缩机泄漏非常严重,文章对含润滑油CO2超临界流体平板泄漏进行实验研究,进而详细分析了CO2双级滚动转子压缩机的泄漏情况,真实地建立了数学模型,并模拟了各部分的泄漏量以及泄漏系数,为进一步的优化设计奠定基础。
Refrigerant substitute has become a world issue as the global environmental problem being more austerity. Therefore, CO2, a traditional refrigerant, has attained more attention for its naturalness. However, the efficiency of CO2 refrigeration system is so low that two stage compression cycle is an important way to liberate CO2. This paper is the investigation of exploiting CO2 two stage rolling piston compressor. The leakage in CO2 compressor is very serious due to its high pressure. In this paper, the plate leakage of CO2 supercritical fluid with lubricant is researched by experiment. Then the leakage of CO2 two stage rolling piston compressor is analyzed in detail and mathematic models are established. The leakage loss and the leakage coefficient in each part are simulated, which lay a foundation of design and optimization in future.
