为探讨雌山羊腹腔肠系膜前神经节是否具备FSH调控胃肠功能活动的条件,取成年雌山羊的腹腔肠系膜前神经节各5对,经免疫组织化学SP法染色后,观察FSH受体在腹腔肠系膜前神经节的分布特点。结果显示,在腹腔肠系膜前神经节内,FSH受体免疫阳性产物主要存在于神经元的细胞质,为强阳性或中等阳性染色,而细胞核呈空泡状,不着色。另外,在神经节内过路纤维、施万细胞中FSH受体呈弱阳性染色。图像分析表明,该神经节内神经元胞体的FSH受体相对表达量极显著高于其他非神经元胞体结构(P〈0.01)。说明雌山羊腹腔肠系膜前神经节神经元是FSH作用的主要靶细胞,提示FSH可能通过影响腹腔肠系膜前神经节的神经元活动,从而影响其发出的交感节后神经,对胃肠器官功能活动进行调控。
To investigate whether superior mesenteric ganglion have conditions that FSH regulates the activity of gastrointestinal function in female goats, five pairs of superior mesenteric ganglion were taken from mature female goats, and the distribution of follicle stimulating hormone receptor (FSHR) in the superior mesenteric ganglion of female goat were observed after Immunohisto-chemical SP stai- ning. Results shown FSHR immunoreactive substances mainly distributed in cytoplasm of neurons, but not in the nucleus. We also found there is a bit of expression of FSHR in passing fibers and Schwan cells. Image analysis showed that the relative expression of immunoreactive product FSHR was significantly higher than that of other non-neural structures (P〈0.01). These results suggests that the neurons in the superior mesenteric ganglion is the main target cells of FSH in female goats and FSH is likely to affecting neurons of the superior mesenteric ganglion and then further regulating gastrointestinal function activities via the postganglionic sympathetic nerve.
