对不同浓度盐碱胁迫下乌拉尔甘草幼苗的存活率、株高、叶数等指标进行了测定,结果表明,NaCl、NaHCO3对甘草幼苗存活和株高、叶片生长的抑制作用小于Na2SO4、Na2CO3,各阴离子致死幼苗和抑制幼苗生长的作用由强到弱顺序为CO32-、SO42-、Cl-、HCO3-;在以中性盐浓度增加为主的情况下,NaCl对甘草幼苗茎长和叶片生长的抑制作用小于Na2SO4;在以碱性盐浓度增加为主的情况下,NaHCO3对甘草幼苗茎长和叶片生长的抑制作用小于Na2CO3。表明乌拉尔甘草适应于中性和以HCO3-为主的弱碱性环境,这对盐碱和盐漠地的生态恢复具有一定的指导意义。
The seedlings of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were treated with different concentration of salt-alkaline,and livability,plant height and leaves biomass were analyzed.The results showed that Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 had higher inhibition effect than NaCl and NaHCO3 on the survival of seedling and leaf growing.Inhibition effect order of the negative ions on the seedlings was CO2-3,SO2-4,Cl-,HCO-3.With the increasing of concentration of single neutral salt,the inhibition effect of NaCl on the stalk length and leaf growing was lighter than Na2SO4.With the increasing of concentration of single alkaline salt,the inhibition effect of NaHCO3 on the stalk length and leaf growing was lower than Na2CO3.The results indicated that the seedling of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch adapted to neutral and light alkaline conditions,which gave a distinct guidance upon ecology rehabilitation in salt-alkaline environment.
