目的：观察以滋养肝肾,生津润燥法配伍组成的滋阴润目丸治疗干眼症的疗效。方法：治疗组40例采用常规西药（泪然滴眼液及3g/L妥布霉素滴眼液）治疗的基础上口服滋阴润目丸治疗,对照组40例用常规西药泪然滴眼液及3g/L妥布霉素滴眼液治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率82%,对照组总有效率45%。结论：滋阴润目丸对治疗干眼症有较好的疗效。

AIM：To observe the curative effect of Ziyinrunmu pill,which is composed by medicine compatibility method of nourishing liver and kidney and promoting the secretion of saliva and moistening dryness on dry eye syndrome.METHODS：All 40 cases in treatment group were treated with oral Ziyinrunmu pill on the basis of routine western medicine（tears Naturale eye drops and 3g/L tobramycin eye drops）treatment,40 cases in control group with routine western medicine（tears Naturale eye drops and 3g/L tobramycin eye drops）.RESULTS：The total effective rate was 82% in treatment group and 45% in control group.CONCLUSION：Ziyinrunmu pill has good curative effect for the treatment of dry eye syndrome.
