在总结爆破理论、爆破破碎的模拟实验和现场试验研究的基础上.探讨了岩石爆破的破碎机理,介绍了冲击波、应力波和爆生体在破碎过程中的作用,并分析了岩石性质、炸药性能和爆破设计参数对爆破破碎效果的影响。详细分析了排间微差爆破对爆破破碎的3种作用.推得计算合理微差的理论公式。并根据模拟试验的数据分析了孔间微差爆破破碎的作用原理.给出了选择合理微差时间的建议。
Based on the summarization of the blasting theory, the simulation experiment of rock fragmentation in rock blasting and field experiment, the fragmentation mechanism of rock blasting was discussed, the functions of shocking wave, stress wave and blasting gas in the fragmenting process of rock blasting were in- troduced, the effects of rock properties, explosive performances and designed blasting parameters on the result of rock fragmenta- tion were analyzed. The three functions of millisecond blasting between hole-rows on rock fragmentation were analyzed in de- tail, a theoretical formula of calculating rational millisecond delay interval was derived. According to results of simulation experi- ment, the rock fragmentation mechanism of millisecond delay blasting between holes in same hole-row was studied, and some proposals about the selection of rational millisecond delay inter- val were provided.
