飞机轮胎爆破引发的航空事故屡见不鲜,造成的事故甚至是灾难性的,因此民用飞机轮胎爆破防护设计必须通过适航认证.飞机起落架舱内布置有液压、压力信号器等系统关键设备,因此必须针对关键系统设备加装防护罩,保证在飞机轮胎发生爆破的情况下尽量减小对关键系统设备的伤害,以保障飞机系统安全.本文系统地研究了起落架舱内防护设计流程及方法,具体包括轮胎爆破防护设计准则和设计流程、轮胎爆破空气喷流模式试验研究、防护罩方案及防护验证试验技术等,航空轮胎爆破防护设计是系统性工作,本文的研究将对航空轮胎爆破防护设计提供一定的参考.
Aviation accidents and incidents resulted by tyre blowout are common, and the consequence may be catastrophic, so protection design from tyre blowout of passenger plane must obtain the airworthiness certification of civil aircraft. Hydraulic, Pressure indicator and other important equipment are inevitably arranged in aircraft landing gear compartment. Protective shield must.be installed in the landing gear compartment to ensure the safety of aircraft system and avoid aircraft accident, and reduce the loss of aviation accidents. Protection design in landing gear compartment is studied in this paper systematically. The detailed content includes protective design criteria in landing gear compartment, the experimental method of tire burst, designing of protective shield and technology of protective confirmative test. The research work will give the reference on the design of tyre burst protection in landing gear compartment.
