文章选取了13个指标数据比较了中国能源三巨头（中国石油天然气股份有限公司、中国石油化工股份有限公司和中国海洋石油总公司）与国外能源三巨头（埃克森美孚石油公司、英国石油公司（BP）和荷兰皇家壳牌集团石油公司）的国际竞争力。根据比较结果，文章指出中国能源企业在实施“资源走出去”的战略过程中除了要提升自身的资源开发能力外，还要大力提升自己的经营管理能力和规避风险的能力。
英文摘要：
This paper compares the international competitiveness between China＇ s Three Energy Giants, China National Petroleum Corporation, China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation and China National Offshore Oil Corporation, and three foreign energy giants , Exxon Mobil, BP Oil and Royal Dutch Shell Oil Company, by using thirteen indexes. According to results of the comparison, this article puts forward that Chinese energy companies should both enhance their operation and management ability and avoid risks ability during going out.
