煤炭资源开采强度与地质灾害发育程度具有明显的关系,调查了高强度开采区地质灾害发育现状,提出了煤炭资源开采强度的概念、开采强度划分标准,以平面上开采面积占比大、空间上开采尺寸大、时间上开采速度快(推进速度)为特点的开采区域和开采方式定义为高强度开采。按照单位面积范围内开采区占比,可划分为极高、高、中、低强度开采区。划分了榆神府区煤炭资源开采强度分区,认为神东、神南、新民矿区及榆神矿区一、二期规划区开采强度过大,榆神矿区三期规划区开发强度过大,提出了适度开发的建议,对于区域内未开工的井田,暂缓开发建设,调查了高强度开采区地质灾害发育规律。
The development of geo-hazard in mining area is related to the coal mining intensi- ty. This paper proposes the concept of high-intensity mining and the classification standard of mining intensity based on the surveyed status of geo-hazard in high-intensity mining area. High- intensity mining is characterized by large mining acreage in level plane, large mining dimension in space and high advancing speed. It can be divided into extremely-high, high, moderate and low intensity mining areas according to the mining intensity in unit mining area. Then, the paper lists the partition in the Yulin-Shenmu-Fugu mining area according to the mining intensity, in Shen- dong, Shennan, Xinmin mining areas and in 1st, 2nd stage planning area in Yulin-Shenmu min- ing area, the mining intensity is too highl in the 3rd stage planning area in Yulin-Shenmu mining area, the exploitation is excessive, so the moderate exploitation is necessary and the development and construction should be slowed down in the underdeveloped area. Finally, this paper surveys the development regularity of geo-hazard in high-intensity mining areas.
