通过多步接枝法将手性Salen—Mn(Ⅲ)配合物负载到聚苯乙烯树脂上。以NaClO为氧化剂,考察了该负载手性配合物对α-甲基苯乙烯、二氢化萘、Cis-β-甲基苯乙烯、苯乙烯等非官能团化烯烃不对称环氧化反应的催化性能。结果表明:负载后催化剂的催化活性和环氧化物的对映体过量值比负载前都有所降低,循环使用3次后出现明显的失活现象。
A chiral Salen-Mn( Ⅲ ) complex was supported on the polystyrene resin by a multi-step grafting method. Its catalytic performance on the asymmetric epoxidation of α-methylstyrene, dihydronaphthalene, cis-β-methylstyrene, and styrene was studied with NaClO as oxidant. Results show that both the activity of the immobilized complex and enantiomeric excess of epoxides are lower than those in homogeneous conditions. It is also found that the activity of the catalyst declines obviously after three times recycles.
