采用生活污水,研究了A/O生物接触氧化反应器的挂膜启动及对COD、NH4^+-N、PO4^3-P和NO3^-N的去除性能。在平均进水COD、NH4^+-N、PO4^3-P和NO3^--N浓度分别为179、45.8、3.61和0.93mg/L,水温为22—25℃,DO为2~3mg/L的条件下,采用连续流人工接种挂膜,22d后生物膜成熟。第6天,HRT为12h时,对COD、NH4^+-N和PO4^3--P的去除率分别为64.29%、38.38%和18.25%,出水NO3^--N为16.21mg/L;第15天时HRT为9h,开始排泥使SRT保持在30d,对COD、NH4^+-N和PO4^3--P的去除率分别为78.51%、67.71%和36.49%,出水NO3^-N为17.67mg/L,填料表面附着一层黄褐色的生物膜;第22天时HRT降至6h,达到设计值,SRT为10d,对COD、NH4^+-N和PO4^3--P的去除率分别为86.84%、78.20%和73.79%,出水NO3^--N浓度为10.79mg/L,生物膜增厚呈深褐色,表明系统启动成功。
The removal performance of COD, NH4^+ - N, PO4^3- - P and NO3^- - N during the biofilm formation and start-up in a continuous flow A/O biological contact oxidation reactor was investigated using real domestic sewage. When the average influent concentrations of COD, NH4 - N, PO4^3- - P and NO3^- - N were 179 mg/L, 45.8 mg/L, 3.61 mg/L and 0.93 mg/L respectively, the water temperature was about 22 to 25 ℃, the DO was maintained at around 2 to 3 mg/L, the biofilm was formed within 22 d by using continuous flow artificial inoculation. At the HRT of 12 h, the removal rates of COD, NH4^+ -N and PO4^3- - P were 64.29% , 38.38% and 18.25% respectively and the concentration of NO3^- -N in the effluent was 16.21 mg/L on the sixth day. At the HRT of 9 h and SRT of 30 d, the removal rates of COD, NH4^+ - N and PO4^3- - P were 78.51%, 67.71% and 36.49% respectively, the concentration of NO3^ - N in the effluent was 17.67 mg/L, and a layer of brown biofilm was developed on bio-filler on the 15th day. At the I-IRT of 6 h and SRT of 10 d, the removal rates of COD, NH4^+ -N and PO43^- - P were 86.84%, 78.20% and 73.79% respectively, the concentration of NO3^- - N in the effluent was 10.79 mg/L, and the dark brown biofilm became thicken on the 22nd day, which indicated the successful start-up of the system.
