鞍钢关宝山铁矿石属矿物嵌布关系复杂、嵌布粒度粗细不均的铁矿石,现场采用球磨机进行二段磨矿,磨矿效率低、效果差、能耗高。为了解搅拌磨机替代现场二段球磨机的可能性,以现场-0.043 mm占23.13%的二段球磨机给矿为试验样,以SLJM-2L型立式超细搅拌磨机为磨矿设备进行了磨矿工艺参数研究,并在可比条件下进行了球磨机与搅拌磨机磨矿效果对比。结果表明:①SLJM-2L型立式超细搅拌磨机处理试验样的适宜钢球直径为8mm,充填率为70%,料球比为0.7,搅拌器转速为400 r/min,磨矿浓度为70%。②在磨矿产品细度均为-0.043 mm占85%的情况下,球磨机的比生产率为0.48 kg/(Lh)、磨矿效率为9.68 kg/(kWh)、比功耗为64.66(kWh)/t,搅拌磨机的比生产率为4.70 kg/(Lh)、磨矿效率为36.16 kg/(kWh)、比功耗为18.21(kWh)/t,两相比较,搅拌磨吨矿石磨矿能耗仅为球磨机的28.16%。因此,在矿石的细磨方面,搅拌磨节能优势明显。
The Guanbaoshan iron mine under Anshan steel group is a kind of iron ore with complicated mineral distribution and uneven particle size distribution. The two stage ball grinding is carried out in practical production process,with low grinding efficiency,poor effect and high energy consumption.In order to investigate the possibility that the stirring mill replaces the second stage ball mill,the second stage ball mill feeding with-0. 043 mm occupied 23. 13% as the sample have been used to carry out the grinding parameters tests with stirred mill SLJM-2L,and the grinding effects of stirred mill and ball mill have been compared under a certain condition.The result shows: the suitable technological parameters of stirred mill SLJM-2L were determined as grinding media size 8 mm,media filling rate 70%,material to ball ratio 0. 7,stirring agitator speed 400 r/min,grinding concentration 70%.Under both grinding products for-0. 043 mm size fraction accounted for 85%,the specific production rate,grinding efficiency and specific energy consuption of ball mill were 0. 48 kg/( Lh),9. 68 kg/( kWh) and 64. 66 kWh/t separately,and that of stirred mill were 4. 70 kg/( Lh),36. 16 kg/( kWh) and 18. 21( kWh)/t in turn.By contrast,the energy consumption of stirred mill are 28. 16% of ball mill. Thus,stirred mill has obvious advantages over ball mill in the process of fine grinding.
