As a new computational method, soft computing rises gradually. It is able to solve uncertainty problems and imprecision problems in real life. Apart from pure mathematical reasoning, soft computing breaks through the traditional hard computing and takes emotional factors and cultural factors into account. In other words, in the com- putational process of soft computing, not only the rational factors hut also lots of irrational factors are introduced. Soft computing is a scientific cohesion of rationality and irrationality.
