针对单一空气冲击冷却以及不同流量比的水/气混合冲击冷却分别开展了实验研究,比较分析了加入水滴的气流中液滴蒸发相变换热对冲击冷却效果的增强作用,研究发现:气流是否夹带液滴对冲击壁面冷却效果的影响显著,加大液滴含量可以明显提高换热效果;加热板的热流密度大小也是一个重要影响因素。加热板的换热增强比随着热流密度的增大而减小,当热流密度q=6699W/m2,水/气比R/R:0.1412%时,驻点区的换热增强比最大可以达到4.1。
An experimental system has been developed to study the heat transfer characteristics of air jet and different flow ratio of mist jets impinging. The effects of phase changing of the water droplets were studied to reveal the heat transfer enhancement. The results show that the key enhancement mechanism of mist/air impinging jet was the effects of droplets; increasing the mist flow ratio can enhance the heat transfer significantly. The heat flux of plate is another important reason. The heat transfer enhancement decreases as the wall heat flux increases, when heat flux q =6699 W/m2 and mist/air ratio Fw/F=O.1412%, the maximum heat transfer enhancement ration can reach to 4.1.
