目的 研究银屑病患者骨髓造血细胞的凋亡状况。方法 应用免疫磁珠法分离银屑病患者与正常人骨髓CD34＋细胞，原位末端转移酶标记技术（TUNEL法）检测两组CD34＋细胞的凋亡指数（AI）。结果 银屑病患者骨髓CD34＋细胞AI平均值为（7．63：0．9）％，正常人骨髓CD34＋细胞AI平均值为（5．5±0．6）％，经统计学分析，两者差异无显著性（t=1．08，P〉0．05）。结论 银屑病患者骨髓造血细胞凋亡活性正常。
英文摘要：
Objective To research the apoptotie condition of marrow CD34＋ cells in patients with psoriasis. Methods Marrow CD34＋ cells were seperated by immunomagnetie beads method. And then terminal deoxynueleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP nick end labeling（TUNEL method） was used to detect Apoptosis Index（M） in the patients with psoriasis and normal controls. Results Apoptosis index of CD34＋ cells in the patients with psoriasis was 7.6＋0.9%. And apoptosis index was 5.5±0.6% in normal controls. There was no significant difference between two groups（t=1.51, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Marrow hematopoietie cells show normal apoptotie activity in the patients with psoriasis.
