首先对不同学者有关双能组织、探索和开发内涵的观点进行比较,然后从影响组织双能性的因素、双能组织的一般模式、实现探索和开发平衡的途径、组织双能性对企业绩效的影响等四个方面对已有文献进行了分析梳理。最后,指出了未来双能组织理论研究中有待进一步探讨的问题。
Firstly this paper compared different definitions of ambidextrous organization, exploration and exploitation. Then it summarized existing literatures from the following four aspects, such as influence factors of ambidextrous organization, general patterns of ambidextrous organization, balancing approaches between exploration and exploitation, and impact on business performance originating from ambidexterity. Finally, it discussed research prospects of ambidextrous organization in the future.
