本文总结了各地暴雨推求洪水程序化的共性问题和关键过程的编程处理,针对性地提出了图表拟合、公式推导和暴雨统计参数格网数据库建设等方法,引入数学拟合、推导和数字高程模型等技术,使用该技术开发的江西暴雨洪水程序,率先在全国实现了暴雨推求洪水网页在线计算,精度可靠、计算便捷,可供各地编制暴雨推求洪水程序时参考。
The common problems and the programming disposal of the key processes of the sequence for the rainstorm data based- flood calculation in various regions are summarized herein, especially, the methods for the chart fitting, formula derivation, construction of the parameter grid database for rainstorm statistic, etc. are pertinently put forward herein, for which the mathe- matical fitting and derivation and the digital elevation model are introduced, so as to provide references for the programming of the procedure for the rainstorm data based-flood calculation in varius regins. This technolgy is applied to develope the procedure for the calculation of storm-flood in Jiangxi Province, and then the on-line calculation on the web page of the rainstorm data based-flood calculation is realized with reliable accuracy and convenient calculation in advance in China.
