基于CFD数值模拟和外特性试验并重的方法,结合RNG k-ε湍流模型、欧拉两相流模型和Zwart-Gerber-Belamri空化模型,采用非结构化网格和SIMPLEC算法,对一台单级双吸泵内的空化流场特性进行多工况下的定常数值研究,得到以下主要结论:不同流量泵内部空化发展速度不同,小流量发展速度较慢,各阶段空化数相对较小,大流量时空泡发展速度更快;液体流经双吸式叶轮结毂处与双涡壳隔板起始端时会产生液体之间或液体与固体之间的相互作用,导致流体液流角发生变化,出现脱流与漩涡,使这些位置及附近区域由于能量耗散造成压力减小,进而导致空泡析出;此现象在0.6Qd工况下最明显,说明小流量工况液流角更易发生变化。
This paper combined numerical simulation and experiment method to conduct steady studies of 3-dimension whole flow passage of a one stage double suction model pump under several working conditions. During the process the RNG k-εtwo equation model was selected as the turbulence model,and Eulerian Model as the two-phase flow model,and SIMPLEC algorithm and Zwart-Gerber-Belamri cavitation model were employed to study the internal cavitation characteristics of the double suction pump under different conditions. The main results are as follows: the cavitation processing speeds within the model pump are different under different flow conditions,and under the small flow conditions the speed is slow and cavitation numbers of each stage are relatively smaller,and the bubble development speed is fastest in the large flow condition; When the liquid flow through the impeller hub and the beginning of the double volute clapboard,it produce interactions between liquids or liquids and solids,and change liquid flow angles and cause flow separations and vortexes,and the pressures of these areas decrease because of energy loss,and result in precipitations of cavitation bubbles. This phenomenon is most prominent in 0. 6Qdflow condition,which illustrate that flow angles are easy to change under small flow conditions.
