微生态制剂不同干燥方式对肉鸡生产性能的影响

为研究不同干燥方式微生态制剂对肉鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响,选用1日龄肉鸡240羽,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别饲喂基础日粮加喷雾干燥、冷冻干燥和烘干的微生态制剂。结果表明,试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ组与对照组相比肉鸡日增重,总钙磷含量显著提高(P〈0.05),总胆固醇含量显著降低(P〈0.05),添加不同干燥方式的微生态制剂均提高了免疫球蛋白和免疫器官指数(P〉0.05),表明微生态制剂能够提高肉鸡的生成性能,且喷雾干燥和冷冻干燥的效果优于烘干干燥。

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of different probiotics drying methods on growth performance, immune organ and blood biochemical indexes of broiler. Two hundred and forty one day old broiler were randomly assigned to 4 groups, each group had four repeats. Control group was provided with basic diet, while experimentⅠ group, experiment Ⅱ group, experiment m group were fed with diets added low temperature spray drying probiotics, freeze drying probiotics or drying probiotics respectively. The results showed that compared to control group, the daily gain, total calcium and phosphorus content were increased in experimentⅠ group and experiment Ⅱ group (P〈0.05). The content of total cholesterol was decreased in the broiler of experiment Ⅰ groups and experiment Ⅱ group (P〈0.05). The immunoglobulin and immune organ indexes were increased in experiment groups (P〉0.05). The results indicated that probiotics improved the growth performance of broiler and spray drying probiotics and freeze drying probiotics were su- perior than drying probiotics.
