设计了一种用于检测局部放电信号的套筒单极子天线传感器,并对其结构和性能进行了分析。通过天线参数的优化设计,改变输入阻抗,得到满足检测要求的驻波比(VSWA〈2)和带宽特性(400~1 100 MHz)。同时研制了一套方波陡脉冲电压下的局部放电测试系统,并用该系统对纳米耐电晕聚酰亚胺薄膜进行局部放电测试。结果表明:该套筒单极子天线传感器适用于局部放电信号的提取,该方波陡脉冲电压下的局部放电测试系统具有较好的信噪比和灵敏性,能够达到检测绝缘状况的要求。
A sleeve monopole antenna sensor for detecting partial discharge (PD) signal was designed, and its structure and performance were analyzed. Through optimizing the antenna parameters and changing the input impedance, the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR〈2) and bandwidth property (400-1 100 MHz) that meet the detecting demand were obtained. Meanwhile a PD test system under steep square-wave pulse voltage was designed, and the PD of the nano anti-corona polyimide film was measured by the test system. The results show that the sleeve monopole antenna sensor is suitable for the extraction of PD signal, and the PD test system has good signal-to-noise ratio and sensitivity, which can meet the requirements of detecting the insulation condition.
