随着社会经济水平快速发展,停车难问题越来越严重。因此,闲置停车位的再利用就变得尤为重要。文章提出面向泊位分时共享的双层规划模型,对管理层和使用者之间的车位供需行为进行描述。通过宏观层面(泊位供给模型(Parking Supply Model,PSM))实现停车共享方案的动态调整,微观模型(泊位需求模型(Parking Demand Model,PDM))描述泊位的实时分配。该模型充分解决了停车难问题,提高了社会效益。
With the rapid development of socioeconomic level, the problem of parking is becoming more and more serious. There- fore, the reuse of idle parking spaces becomes particularly important This paper presents a two-layer programming model for berth sharing, which describes the supply and demand behavior between m~ment and users. The macro-level (Parking Supply Model, PSM) realizes the dynamic adjustment of parking sharing scheme and the microscopic model(Parking Demand Model, PDM) de" scribes the real-time allocation of berths. It fully solves the problem of parking difficulty and improves the social benefit.
